Refund Policy

You may request a refund for any course, certification, bootcamp, or bundled package under the following conditions:

  1. You have not logged into any recorded webinar course.

  2. You have not downloaded any course materials.

  3. You have not requested a Certificate of Completion.

  4. You submit your refund request in writing via email within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase.

If all conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 administrative cancellation fee. Refund requests submitted after the five-day period will not be honored under any circumstances.

Important: No refunds are available for corporate sponsorship packages that include advertising, brand promotions, email marketing, or banner advertisements.
